This heavily customized 28' International CCD had it's early life as a lightly used guesthouse in the California wine country before we bought it 4 years ago to be our home for a year. The exterior shows some time from sitting in one place for its early life, and some light scratching from navigating small campgrounds more recently. The rook has been recently rubberized when 400w of new solar was put on this last spring.

The interior remains a beautiful modern look with the CCD blue details and formed plywood. The fridge was replaced in 2018 for a new slightly larger Dometic. There is a nature's head composting toilet currently installed and wired, but the original toilet is will be included in the sale. The shower door could use some attention with a new titan shower door, but that is for the new owner to decide.

The rear queen was converted into a bunk and storage situation for our 3 kids to sleep, while we put a memory foam out front as the adult bed. The AC runs strong, as does the heater. There is 2000w inverter to pull off the 4 group 28 Titan AGM's. The 400w Zamp Legacy series maintains the batteries well and the whole setup is ready for off-grid living.

The sunshade has a nylon pull down to replace the worn fabric that was original. The trailer has been lifted 3 inches and had new 17 aluminum wheels and E-Rated light truck tires to make sure you are not stuck on the road and have a little more clearance to get off the beaten track. As well as new real levelng jacks.

The front vent recently freaked out and may need to be replaced, but the whole rest is ready to go. This rig is turn-key and can include all of the bits and pieces that are needed for a rig to be ready. Including a weber grill, dutch oven, griddle, plates and utensils, pots and pans, etc.
This was a truly loved and maintianed rig that we just will not be using enough to justify is sitting idle.
