Unfortunately selling my awesome 4 season fifth wheel toy hauler, 5 slideouts and plenty of living room space that's 41 ft long. I have had a great adventure in this coach but unfortunately life has had other plans and I must sell in order to finance a home.

Coach has never been smoked in, no pet smells either. The kitchen is absolutely fantastic. There is a fantastically large island countertop and plenty of pantry storage. 5 burner cooktop and the best of all, there is a GIANT RESIDENTIAL REFRIGERATOR with a built in water filter. With the exterior water filter and the fridge water filter; even Florida water is pleasant to drink! This also means that it has a built in inverter and a battery to power the fridge from the road. The coach is also solar ready.

The coach also has a centralized vacuum cleaner and a sweet electric fireplace under the television facing a reclining couch. There are two additional couches which both fold out to queen size beds.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a television as well as hookups for a washer and dryer.

The bathroom is a great size with a porcelain toilet.

The garage is in good shape and can supposedly hold a golf cart; though I use it for transporting my motorcycle.

Ooutside we have an electric awning with speakers, tv and a fridge outside. The coach also has an automatic hydraulic leveling system, set up is a completely painless process!

There are two 15k btu quiet AC units that do an amazing job of cooling the coach down.

Mechanically the coach is in great shape, frame & axles look good and tires are in good condition as well as the roof!
