1955 American Coach.

We purchased this time capsule in 2017 to use as an office in our furniture showroom. When we purchased this it had been extensively restored. All woodwork has been refinished and looks incredible, retro cabinetry filled with detail, nice vintage touches everywhere. This one was brought back to Show Stopper Condition. Exterior was stripped to bare metal — primed — then painted in a soft Miami Vice Theme. Windows, doors, locks, vent fans, and even original sliding screen on front door are excellent. This trailer was towed to us and parked indoors for the past 3 years. The refrigerator, electrical, plumbing all work and have been in use. We have not used the heater. The floor has a new subfloor applied and is waiting for your finishing touches / floor selection.

This trailer is designed to be towed and parked vs. uses for travelling from campground to campground. This would make an excellent 1 br apartment / ADU addition to any home.
