In very good condition,clean ready to hit the road. Remote control for power stablizers, power hitch/jack, power slideout and power awning. One of my favorite parts of camping with this trailer was sitting in a lawn chair, setting the camper up. All appliances in great working condition. Interior in very good condition very little wear. New couch and simulated leather trim. Includes anti sway tow bar with Ball system for vehicle. Has great weight distrbution for a fluid tow. Maintenanced and kept up well. It's well made we have had very few issues. My wifes favorite feature is the three bunkbeds for the grandkids. TV swivels to accomidate the living area as well as the bedroom. Great design and floorplan for all functions. Has been alot of fun.
