Very well maintained motorhome. Stored under cover when not in use. Only reason we are selling is because we are buying a permanent residence where we normally camp. The driver and passenger seat, dining seats, and sofa have all been re-upholstered (Fleetwood used an inferior material and they were starting to peel and flake). It is a known issue with some of their units, but this problem has been taken care of. Plenty of storage and comes with full size refrigerator with ice maker. Has 3 TVs, one in living area, one in bedroom, and one on outside under awning. This unit has the full rear bath and a 1/2 bath for your guests. Onan 5500 generator with 398 hours. The coach does not have a washer/dryer, but it is washer/dryer ready. Water lines and power are already in place. Title is in hand and motorhome is ready for a new family and it's next adventure.
