This coach has had one owner and has always been stored under a shelter. It has 3 slides with slide covers and is 37 feet long. It has a large living space with a love seat and couch which folds out to a queen bed. There is an electric fireplace wih remote, a large 46" TV, and a bluetooth stereo system with speakers in living area, bedroom, and outside. The kitchen has a center island with storage, and stainless steel sinks. There is also a large pantry and cabinets with lots of storage. There is a side-by-side refrigerator (12.0 cubic feet) and runs on electricity or propane. The stove has 3 burners and an oven. There is a microwave/convection oven. The dinette features a large table with 4 chairs. There is storage in chairs and table. The bathroom has a shower and vanity with both upper and lower storage. The bedroom has a queen bed with matress, storage space underneath, and pullout drawer at foot of bed for storage. There is a chest of drawers with a 32" TV above it. The closet is large with mirrored doors and has hookup for washer and dryer. The outside includes a large basement for storage, and electric awning and outdoor shower. It also had a brand new set of GoodYear Tires on it. The coach has the Lippert Auto Leveling System. It is very clean and has been well maintained.
