Small, lightweight, dual axle travel trailer great for first timers or those looking to downsize. Base weight of 4300 pounds is Great for towing with half ton (Ford F-150, Ram or Silverado 1500 or similar) or full-size SUV (Tahoe, Durango, Sequoia or similar). This travel trailer has sleeping capacity for 6. There is a double bed with privacy curtain, jackknife sofa and lay flat dinette each large enough for two. With two propane tanks, 51 gallons of fresh water and 42 gallons each of gray and black water holding tanks there is more than enough for a family of four over a three-day weekend without hookups.
There is a bathtub with shower head inside which is great for those with small children. There is an outside shower head for those particularly muddy kids. There is a built in entertainment system which includes DVD player, CD player and Bluetooth which is great for entertaining the kids on rainy days, just download some movies and watch either inside or outside under the power awning and outdoor speakers.
There is more than enough storage for games, outdoor equipment and food in the cabinets along all interior walls. There are two large outside storage locations for service items such as wheel chocks, tanks hoses and leveling blocks. We manage to fit a small standup propane grill in with all of the other equipment.
With 30-amp electrical service the RV will fully function on any site with electrical service with no issues. The AC is more than enough to provide cool relief on the hottest of summer days. The propane heat provides comfort on cool spring or fall evenings. There is a four burner cook top and built in microwave with built in vent.
There is not now nor have there been water or roof leaks and there is no water damage. I say this only because that is number one question I had when I sold my last RV.
