Forest River Sandpiper 296RLBS 32 ft

Selling our gently used 2009 Sandpiper. This coach has had two owners. The first owners were very good friends of ours so we know its history.

So let's start with what is not perfect on this coach. Outside has normal decal fading and decal peeling but is otherwise in great shape.

The roof had a tree branch tear and so I taped it and then installed a 20 year EPDM liquid roof over the top of the tape. Doesn't look fantastic (no one sees the roof) but the roof is completely sealed and ready for many, many years of service without issues. There was never a leak in this roof.

Awning has some drying and cracking but is taped and waterproof. If you wanted to replace it, you can get new awning fabric for less than $300 in most places.

The inside looks BRAND NEW. Not a scratch to be found anywhere.
