One owner, well maintained 42' Sandpiper 5th Wheel Trailer - locally maintained in NC, used between Texas and NC, has always been a southern trailer. Has both an outside kitchen and inside kitchen. 60 gallon water holding tank, with 80 gallon waste tank. Water heater can use both propane and electric. Two bedrooms, two full baths with large living area including electric fire place and TVs. Tires have a lot of tread left. No major issues at all, mainly just some wear that can easily be upgraded.
