second owner and has no problems, except for frig. which we replaced with residential one. has 2 a/c ducted hear new awning and side toppers, built in vacuum sys. 5th wheel is located in Temecula ca. and can be seen for tour any time. we still use the 5th wheel on week ends only, has been in one location since we purchased.
