Description

Well-maintained starter RV at an affordable price!
We purchased this National Dolphin 3 years ago as our first RV for our small family. While it is rated to sleep 6, it was perfect for my wife and two kids. The Dolphin is unique in that the living area is huge when the slide out is open, feels more like a living room. The bedroom is spacious with double mirrored wardrobe, a desk and plenty of drawer storage. The AC cools the RV nicely and the heater makes it nice and cozy in the colder months. There are lots of sliding windows for natural light.

We made many upgrades since our purchase. Among them are:
1. Completely stripped and replaced all exterior vinyl graphics, replacing them with a fresh, custom color scheme
2. Stripped and replaced the roof for a water-tight seal
3. 4 rear tires recently replaced with 22.5 Toyos
4. Replaced CRT television with 32" flat-panel TV with articulating arm
5. Added Blue-ray DVD Player
6. Hand-held vacuum
7. Replaced generator's circuit board

This model is one of the higher-end rigs for 2002 and affords these luxuries:
1. Lots and lots of interior and exterior storage, including pass-through under storage
2. Microwave/convection oven
3. Large gas/electric refrigerator perfect for dry camping and hookups
4. Extra propane bib for an external BBQ or fire ring
5. Large bathroom and shower behind one door
6. Reupholstered recliner
7. Generac generator preferred by many RV owners
8. Built on the desirable Workhorse Chassis for a quiet ride

At 35', this rig is the perfect size to fit in almost any National Park.

While this RV is well maintained, we'd like to point out a few items that some might wish to consider as future upgrades:
1. The engine AC is inoperable. It's never been an issue for us as we've always used the 2 powerful house ACs and built-in fans while driving during hotter months. We have an estimate for repair from a local RV Technician and will conisider offsetting the price to assist the buyer.
2. The front two captain seats show signs of wear, but seat covers provide an inexpensive alternative to reupholstering.
