I am the second owner of this coach. I have all records for service and even the original sticker price! It runs excellent and is in good condition. It has a =few small issues. The fron level hydrayulic jack is sticking and needs to be fixed. This is causing the slide out to not work as the safety catch wont release so it is stuck in. The other issue is the washer dryer combo unit needs a new timer. Works fine but wouldn't work properly through cycles because of the switch. There is also a crack in the bathroom sink. Other than that it has minor cosmetic issues but is a nice unit. Has a 4 chair dining room table with leafs, a micro/oven, 3 burner gas stove and real stone cabinets throughout. The wood is all real wood and not cheap like the make it now. Thie exterior is aluminum not fiberglass so it is a much more durable unit. In 2000 this sold for $176,000 as they were top of the line.
It has dual heaters and ac units. 50 gallon, white grey and black tanks. Cat 3126b diesel motor has good horsepower and tons of torque. You can pull anything and mileage wont change. 9-10 always lol Has an enclosed shower with a tub and the hot water heater is both gas and electric and is 10 gallons. There are flat screens in the living room and the bedroom which has a queen size bed and lots of storage. I have full timed in this for 4 years and know everything about.
