This 5th wheel is ready to go. We are the original owners but are going to downsize to fit my "new" truck.

This has minor wear from use and a couple minor fixes (one light isn't working and the screen door needs a spring latch replacement). Our kids ruined a couple of the blinds/valances sets (they were lousy anyways). There are scuffs and little trim nicks here and there, as is common with these things.

All the appliances, A/C, heat, etc work well. I just had it cleaned and it is ready for you and your family.

At this price, we are pretty firm and are looking to sell it quickly. We don't want to trade unless you want to trade a 2010 or new travel trailer with a bunkhouse between 24' and 30' and are willing to put up some cash to bridge the value difference. We'd prefer cash though.
