We bought this new in 2016. Unit is in good shape and working order. Has never leaked or had any water damage, the edge of wallpaper on slide out where table is has come loose. The company said that it was the glue they used. Extras/Add-Ons include a reverse osmosis water system, the King Dish satellite tv system, tripod hitch stabilizer, between tire locking chocks, rear receiver hitch welded into both frame rails, new michelin tires(less than 500 miles), above counter dish washer, tire covers,LED bulbs throughout. Can be pulled with either the fifth wheel plate, or a 2 5/16 fifth wheel ball. Can help out with delivering part way if needed.
