We live in Kentucky but trailer is stored in Florida. Not used much over last several years: relatively low mileage.It is actually a 25TB (no slide out), but the website would only let me list it as a 25TBS. It is 27 feet long including the stem.It was overhauled about 3 years ago: new roof, plumbing, smoke and propane alarm updates, lubrication, AC and fridge service.
