2018 K-Z Venom 4012tk Toyhauler Fifth Wheel. NICE towable rig! Our family has fulltime traveled for 2 years & have had other 5th wheels before & are still impressed by how solid this K-Z is. The best floorplan with more of a house feel. Plenty of seating & sleeping space. So well insulated for an RV. It has an enclosed, insulated (R19) & heated underbelly. Below freezing temps, no problem, & we never even put up skirting. Aug 2020 an RV Armor roof was put on which comes with a lifetime warranty that transfers to the new owner. $6500 value, plus never having to worry about your roof. Never had any issues with roof previously, just wanted it to be good and solid for life because we know the problems RV roofs are known for. Also purchased top of the line 5-year extended warranty when we bought the rig in Mar 2020 - Transfers to new owner. Sun filtering & blackout shades throughout. Two removable tables that pop into living room floor. Three A/C units, two being the whisper quiet ones. All very efficient at cooling the rig even on hot sunny days. There is one Go Power! solar panel on the roof. Cummins generator. Lippert 6-point hydraulic leveling system. Gel coat on entire exterior. Wireless/Bluetooth system controls that are super convenient to use with an app on your smartphone. Four TVs, including one in an outdoor compartment. Samsung surround sound bar. Garage is 8x12 with 1/2 bath & washer hookups. We have it set up as bunkroom bedroom for our kids. We can leave that for you OR empty everything out & revert it back to a big open garage. Bed raises & lowers on an electric pully system. We have a twin & another small mattress up there for our kids. There's a table meant for the center of the garage, along with two big padded benches/jackknife sofas that sit on each side. We still have them (like new in storage). We loving letting down the garage door & setting it up as a deck. Has gates that fold out along all three sides of it. Garage has a good size loft. Big basement storage. Bike rack on bumper.
