This RV is in absolute pristine condition. It looks brand new and even has all of the factory decals on the walls, appliances and windows. This is the Georgetown “Limited Edition” model so it has updated cabinets and crown molding everywhere. All of the light fixtures are upgraded and the kitchen backsplash covers the entire wall from the counters to the cabinets – very nice. This is a 1 owner RV and has remained under cover most of its life and accounts for the RV being in such great condition. The previous owner just installed a 7K (yes a 7K) gas Onan generator in 2018. You can see a picture of it below. This generator is powerful enough to run your entire house and is built to last forever. The previous owner was having trouble with the original heater so he took the RV to Indiana to the Forest River factory to have it repaired. The Forest River folks were so surprised to see one of their RV’s at the factory (and not a service dealer) that they installed a brand new “Factory Installed” 34,000 BTU heater at the factory. This replaced the 20,000 BTU heater that came standard in 2007.
