Description

This Lance 1985 was purchased new and untitled in late June 2020 and driven seventy-two (72) miles straight from the dealership to the current location on private property and not moved until it was moved another twenty (20) miles into covered storage. It is in showroom floor condition and includes all amenities for two people, which includes 100% cotton queen sheets, duvet cover and blanket, plus flatware for four plates, bowls and glassware for two and miscellaneous kitchen utensils.

If you're familiar with Lance you know the quality construction that sets them apart from other RV manufacturers. This model has a retractable awning with adjustable LED lighting and a power/light remote control fob, keyless entry and remote entry fob, solid floor construction with walls laid on top for seamless corners, all cabinets are notched into the walls for sturdy, years-long stability, interior lighting equal to what is found in premium home construction and heavily insulated walls, stainless cabinet pulls, full-size shower (I’m 6’2” and my head doesn’t hit the ceiling), 32-inch Vizio TV with adjustable directional antenna (or cable/satellite) and a built-in music system for wired or Bluetooth connections, with three zones of speakers (including one set outside).

The queen-size bed folds into a couch and the kitchen table lowers to the height of the banquette seating with a simple removal of the center post and the back cushions lay-in to form a mattress for additional sleeping for two.

There is a retractable hand-held outdoor shower, and extensive lockable storage along with power leveling jacks and connections for a portable solar panel, plus a wall hanger and power outlet for an outside TV with cable and satellite tv connections.

Hot water is either electric or propane and heats quickly via heat exchanger. A/C is electric and a wall mounted thermostat makes for easy adjustment. I purchased an infrared space-heater from Costco for about $50 and on nights where the temperature has dropped into the mid-30s it kept the entire trailer at 72 without the heater on. Lots of tinted windows with solar screens and four skylights with shades. With shades down and skylights covered it's extremely dark for a good nights sleep.

You can cook dinner and sleep wherever your heart desires in this spotless Lance, tonight! Call 469-688-9824.
