This is a very clean pop up camper with 30 amp service and air conditioning! It is water tight - we have slept very comfortably in heavy rain. The camper is stored in our garage when not in use. There are no holes in the canvas. 12' box length with storage bin and dinette slide out. The AC blows cold air. With the reflective PopupGizmos for the bunk ends, hand made black-out curtains, and reflectix in the windows it stays comfortable well into the high summer heat. 3,500# GVWR, 890 Cargo Carrying Capacity. Storage trunk is 19 cubic feet of capacity. 42 cubic feet of cabinet storage throughout. The Propane water heater, water pump, sink, 3-way fridge, propane stove, propane furnace, and AC all work flawlessly. We would bring along a small porta potty for late night potty breaks. We reinforced the roof seams with Eternabond tape, added new brakes, bearings, tires, all new foam in the beds and cushions, and custom duck cloth zip-off coverings on all cushions in the summer of 2019. All three original plug-in light/fans are included and work. The awning is in great shape and will keep you dry. This is one of the nicest pop up campers you will come across in its class!
