Motorhome runs well and in good condition. All systems checked and maintained periodically.
ALL 4 house batteries are 3 years old & good condition. All tires fairly new and protected with tire covers. Roof maintenance every 6 months. No cracks in windshield. Generator runs and in good condition. Oil & filter change done June 2020. Spark plugs and wires new. Air filter new. Heater & A/C is in good condition. Interior cabinets are all oak wood. Interior well kept and NO SMOKING has been the rule. Motorhome has little traveled miles. It has been stationary for 2 years, but ran enough to keep transmission in good condition.
