Needs a few things, but very nice shape for the year. Oil just changed with 17.5 quarts Mobil Delvac and Napa filter. 2 new front tires. Back tires are good until 2022 according to DOT dates. 3 new cd bluetooth radios installed. New 32 inch smart tv installed. Has select comfort Queen airbed with his and hers controls. Has lower bay mounted ducted ac system(not rooftop). Nice and cold. Propane hot water, stove, refrigerator and furnace all work. Installed propane tank tee and hose adapter, so this can use smaller tanks, if you dont want to fill up the 80 gallon one. Has working 6500 watt onboard propane generator as well, . Generator only has 70 hours on it. Just removed generator, cleaned it, and changed oil and filter, and reinstalled, runs like a top. I replaced all lift cylinders for outdoor cargo doors with new ones. Awning was replaced at some point and fabric is in great shape. Will update this ad if I remember more. Now, for what it needs.1. Left awning arm needs repair or replacement(dometic). Wind caught it when I was at work one day. Very repairable, did no damage to awning itself.2. Hydraulic leveling jacks need a new release solenoid. When I replaced a set of jack springs, I got them to come down, so the pump motor is good, but I couldn't get them to retract. Had to loosen the hydraulic fittings on the legs to get them to leak out and retract. Don't think the previous owners used them a lot.3. Dash Ac could use a charge of refrigerant possibly to get it going again. Again, this sat for a year or so.4. A couple of the cabinet doors could use some attention. Mostly just clamp and glue. I bought this to set on a piece of property we have, and its really just too big for what I wanted it for. Probably gonna end up getting a small AFrame type for my needs. $11,500 cash takes it.
