We are able to put 1 king air mattress in the bunk area or 2 queen when bunks are in raised positions. Great area for the kids to play or extra room for adult couple.

Masterbedrrom has queen bed with under bed storage area and side closets with above cabinet storage. The U shaped dining area converts to a full size bed and the couch makes a nice folding bed for younger children that need to be closer to their parents.

Gas heat works great and the AC is very cold. Windows are tinted for extra heat protection from the hot sun and helps insulate and maintain a comfortable temp all year long.
