Like new 2019 ATC used only 6 months and only pulled out of state twice while using (total mileage about 1200). EXCELLENT condition and the custom mattress in the front bedroom is so comfortable! This camper is VERY easy to clean- you can almost hose it out! All aluminum weather resistant framing and we added removable flooring during use which was great during the winter. It has the Happi Jac Bed Lift, insulated flooring, ducted a/c, upgraded wall insulation, 5KW generator, fuel filling station (we looooved this feature) and retracting rear screen , heated tank, solar panel, etc This is the perfect Man Cave! There is one more couch that goes in it and attaches to the wall that is not shown in the pics- it is in our finished off garage temporarily and we will put it back into the camper soon and it DOES fold out into a bed. We removed it to put a computer desk in the camper at the time but the couch is in PERFECT condition and we will put it back in if someone buys our camper.
