In February 2009 my wife and I bought a new leftover 2008 Winnebago Itasca Sunstar. The coach was just what we wanted. Thirty three feet, one twelve foot slide out on a Ford ten chassis with all the bells and whistles that are needed. Hydraulic auto leveling jacks, back up camera, queen size walk around bed, two A/Cs, micro wave and stove, full shower. Lots of added extras such as an automatic clean dump, a recliner, a Blue Ox towing assembly and a GPS to name a few.

During the last ten years we saw everything that we wanted to see, the national parks including Yellowstone, The Atlantic Provinces including PEI, New England, The Smokies, Branson Mo, California, the Seattle area. We figured we have visited almost every state in the union and having said that we still have only Forty thousand six hundred miles on the clock.

When we bought the coach I had a 40’x20’ metal garage with a roll up door built to keep it in. Past experience taught me the Florida sun plays havoc with RVs. The result of living in a garage all of its life is that it still looks brand new. I’ve kept up with the services and maintained it properly so it’s in perfect condition. We hate to part with our coach but we are now in our eighties and last year I had a little heart trouble so we think the time is right.

After looking at comparable prices $32,500 is a steal for this beautiful coach.
