Very well taken care of fifth wheel. When not in use, the trailer is completely covered with a winter tarp (included in purchase) Owners are selling due to age. Has one new tire and other three are close to needing replaced. Unit is being sold as is. TV is not included. Owners do not smoke and do not own pets. This unit was purchased new and gets cleaned on a regular schedule. Showing by appointment only.
