Clean low mileage Unity CB.
Well optioned included solar charging system and stabilizer jacks.
Cherry colored cabinets and fog ultraleather. Very warm and inviting interior!
LP genset and 9 month old house batteries.
Alcoa durabright wheels with Continental tires showing very little wear.
Custom sheets made in South Carolina by Allyson Brooke will stay with the coach.
The AC, furnace, water heater, microwave / convection oven and refridgerator all function as normal.
The slide for the dinette functions normally and really adds to the interior space of the coach when extended.

I love driving this chassis and I found myself looking for excuses to run errands to Costco, etc., just to enjoy the ride. Average fuel economy was 17 mpg on our regional excursions.

Maintenance / warranty / repair items performed in the last 12 months:

1) Oil and filter change
2) Front end alignment
3) Both air bags were replaced under factory recall
4) Right rear wheel speed sensor was replaced under warranty by the Mercedes-Benz van dealer.


A few items of note:

1) The previous owner had drawings done by his kids taped to the headboard wall. When he removed one of the drawings, the faux wood finish pulled off. We covered this with a large photo during our travels and it was not an issue.

2) There is a scratch on the rear of the unit from a bicycle that was mounted on the bike rack and the previous owner covered it with a Boulder Colorado decal.

3) There is a wrinkle in the linoleum floor covering just in front of the pantry. This was present when we purchased the coach last year.

Speaking of the bike rack. We will include it with the sale for an extra charge.
