This trailer is in beautiful condition, only used for about 9 trips (locally, within 3-4 hours from home) and has been meticulously taken care of. This coach was ordered for us as a show RV, but came directly to us instead of the show, so it has all the available factory options allowed at the time:
18 foot Power awning with LED light strip, front and rear power leveling jacks, power tongue jack, two 20 pound propane tanks with cover, outdoor shower, enclosed underbelly, Full pass thru in front of coach and there is also one in back under bunk that is large. It also has outdoor speakers.
All interior lights are LED. A/C is 15,000 BTU non ducted. The furnace is ducted. 32" flat panel TV included, stereo with Bluetooth capability also included. USB outlets. TV ready mount for 24" TV on wall in back by bunks (TV not included). Lots of useful storage with two pantry closets, entertainment center storage, three closets, under dinette and under bed storage.
All appliances work great, no problems. Air and heat running great. This trailer also came with a touch screen LCI remote that controls awning, stabilizer jacks, awning lights and slide room. This RV trailer is a must see!
