Engine runs perfectly and transmission is in great condition, frequent oil changes. Engine is a V10 and has a little under 64k miles. Just smog checked in August, passed with no problem. Tags paid off till 2021.

Roof is in great condition, no leaks. It was just re-coated with liquid rubber in August. Roof should easily last you 5 - 10 years with proper maintenance.

4 out of the 6 tires have been replaced to brand new heavy duty tires. They have less than 100 miles on them.

Generator is a GN-480 Generac Q-55G generator, has a little less than 400 hours, recently replaced oil and filter, runs great!

AC works great, cools the place down in no time!

This motor home was just remodeled within the past few months, we spent over 10k on the remodel, this includes the roof and tires.

- upgraded the water heater to a new 10 gal one
- new flooring
- added backup camera
- new soda bed
- new queen mattress
- new toilet
- freshly painted interior
