This is a west coast coach and was completely renovated from fram up. Previous owner spent 110,000.00 during renovation have documentation. New tires, New Alcoa Aluminum wheels, New Roof air, New Norcold Refrigerator, New Aluminum Radiator, New Winshield,new batteries, new brakes, new alternator.

Run and drives excellent. recently drove new york to north carolina, very comfortable, smooth quiet ride. All systems run fine. 6KW onan generator starts and runs perfectly. always stored in indoor heated storage. This coach has never been driven in winter and has never seen salt or snow. very strong Oldsmobile 455 Rocket Engine.
