This is a 2019 Forest River Berkshire 39A. Just under 40' with a full bath and a half bath. Beautifully appointed and in great shape. It has 3 slides and a HUGE amount of room inside. Automatic leveling and iPhone remote controls for just about everything! Sleeps 6+ people (fold down couch and overhead drop down queen) with an RV KING in the back! Includes a washer and dryer as well. We just came back from a 2500 mile trip from N. CA, through LV, Bryce Canyon and Palm Desert. It runs beautifully and has only 7691 miles! You will NOT FIND ANY 2019 Berkshires for sale yet. They are just too new. The dealer told us that when they will take it in on trade they will list it immediately for $195,000! (New 2020 lists for $220,000!)
RVs are going fast because of COVID. NOBODY wants to fly or stay in hotels anymore. Most dealers have no inventory so when we offered it to trade, they said they would give us OVER TRADE-IN BLUE BOOK!
