Still lots of camping to be done this year! This 40’ front living/rear bedroom fifth wheel is in excellent condition. This is a 4-season camper with tank heaters and full size RV fridge. Everything is ‘push button’, including auto level! It has 6 slides and 1 awning. Sleeps 6: 1 king and 2 queen beds. Living room seats 8 (including 2 recliners) and has a nice cozy fireplace. Entertainment includes 3 Smart TV’s and Bluetooth sound system. Kitchen has electric/propane refrigerator, SS double sink, 3 burner range and oven, convection microwave, ceiling fan and a ton of storage that includes washer/dryer hookup. Also has a central indoor/outdoor vacuum system. Two entry doors with the MORryde step system. Outside has plenty of storage and has a ceramic coating, so it shines well! Very LOW travel miles as we set up at a “seasonal” site. We have been the only owners, non-smoking, no kids, pet-friendly - VERY clean and VERY well cared for. We love this camper and its amazing layout, but we must sell because we bought a cottage.
