This diesel pusher has a Freightliner chassis, body, and drive train that are extremely strong and sound. The 300 horsepower Cummins ISB engine has 660 foot pounds of torque. We tow a 2011 Ford Explorer and can’t feel it behind. The 10,000 lb trailer hitch with a Blue Ox tow bar keep your TOAD under control while the 3 cameras, sides & rear, let you keep track of your surroundings. All of the east coast hills/mountains we have been on have been no problem. The RV will more than maintain going up, with car in-tow, and the air brakes with exhaust brake keep you in full control coming down. The air ride suspension floats this 28,000 lb RV over any bumps so the ride is just as enjoyable as the destination. The 6000 watt Onan generator has more than enough power to run everything including both air conditioners. The 300 hp engine and the 6000 watt generator are large enough to handle everything we have ever wanted to do and are also small enough to be efficient. We get over 8 mpg while towing our car. Everything has been well maintained.
