Pop up camper in good working condition. AC blows cold. There are a few tears in the lower part of the canvas which are covered with tape and it does not leak (could easily be repaired if desired). Accesories include: sink, refrigerator, portable camp stove, outdoor gas grill, toilet, indoor shower, outdoor shower, water heater, awning, front storage compartment, spare tire, and reflective sun shades to help keep camper cool.
