2004 Fleetwood Tioga 31W SL Class C Motorhome. As clean as they come, pride of ownership shows with several upgrades, everything works and it's ready for vacation.


Great floorplan that sleeps up to 8 people. Large bunk over cab (2), rear queen bed (2), dinette table converts to a bed (2) and sofabed (2). Long slideout in main area with the sofa and dinette on the slide out. Split bath and walk around queen bed in rear. Only 31' long so can fit in most campgrounds.


Sitting on a Ford E-450 Chassis with Ford V10 motor, only 35k miles and runs perfect. Very low hours on the Onan 4000W generator.


If you value cleanliness and keeping your vehicles well maintained, this is the coach for you. As clean as they come inside. Mature adult owned and kept immaculately clean always. No odors, no stains, no water damage, no pets, no smoke. Outside looks great as well with shiny sidewalls and no de-lamination or water damage. Roof was treated a few years back with the Dicor paint on treatment.
