2015 Heartland extreme light 295BH is an Awesome family camper, clean and non smoker. Sleeps 8 with nice bunk bed layout with pullout sofa and dinette. Easy tow with a weight of 8,420lbs and total pin length 33' 3". Great shape inside and out, with good rubber on tires. Wheel bearings packed in 2020 and new inverter installed in 2020. Outside shower, cooking area and a tv area under awning. New LED lights under awning and existing LED lights underneath camper. Large carry rack on back that folds up. Plenty of storage inside and out with large cabinets inside. Will be hard to find a nicer fifth wheel on the market for the size and year at this price.
