Like new. Purchased at the end of June. We decided to sell since we agreed to be full time care givers for a new grandchild. There is one slide and when the slide is in you can access both the refrigerator and the bathroom. This unit has both couch seating, a huge bathroom, as well as a queen bed without increasing the length since the bed is a Murphy bed. The Murphy bed lifts easily. I am 6”2” and can sit on the couch with no issues with the Murphy bed above. There is a storage compartment behind the couch when the bed is up to store pillows etc as needed (we leave the bedding on when we put the bed up- just pull off some of the pillows and put them in storage). Shelves on either side of the couch are great for beverages, books, phones, etc. Power outlets are on both sides of the couch. Nice storage closets are also available on either side of the couch. The dinette can accommodate 4 adults comfortably or additional seating with clear views of the TV. We like that the dinette has vinyl on where you sit instead of cloth since it is easy to clean. Great window views surround the dinette. There are multiple power outlets as well as USB charger plugs throughout. A wireless cell phone charger is included on the counter under the TV. The bathroom is spacious with a large closet. Very nice counter space at the bathroom sink. We prefer to use the bath house at campgrounds but have used the shower a few times and have found that it cleans easily - no water spots. An outdoor kitchen is included. Although we have only used the cook top once since we have a small portable grill, it worked well for a great breakfast. Included in the outdoor kitchen is a refrigerator that is great for extra beverages. Extremely pleased with the AC. From the time we plug into power and turn the AC on it takes approximately 15 minutes for the unit to cool down.
