The trailer will be 6 years old in Jan.2021 . Its in Very good shape . The only thing I didnt order on ths trailer was the awning . Over the years Ive learned they only break and rip . We always just use a nice EZ up. The factory awnings are avalible at Lance factory in Langcaster Ca . Im only selling because we want to get a Class C motorhome .
