we purchased the md2 because it comes with a great fridge and a seperate freezer. also more room when you walk in and when preparing meals. Then at night we though down a matt and there is a place for the kids to sleep and we sleep in the nice bed in the back. It has tons of storage thoughout as well that you dont get in the md4.
