Purchased brand new in May 2019 and used for 2 seasons on a permanent site. Has only been towed from dealer to site and then from campground site to current location. A 2nd A/C unit was added in bedroom by dealer when purchased. Bunkhouse is located in middle of camper on a slideout with a couch that pulls out into a bed allowing for a larger living area. Great bunkhouse for kids and teens, giving them and you privacy and a space of their own! Livingroom has a pull out couch and 2 recliners that are very comfortable. Opposing slides makes for a very roomy area. The table and chairs are ideal to allow an additional sitting area without being cramped. Includes 5th wheel tripod. Small scratches below door from wood stairs rubbing while on permanent site,see included pictures. Only looking to sell it since it's to much camper for 1 person after a divorce.
