This trailer weighs 3925 pounds and is self-contained. We have had no problems towing this trailer. There is a $600 E2 anti-sway hitch that is included with the trailer. We have towed this trailer with our half ton pickup with no problems. All appliances, lights and AC work on this RV. We have used this RV a total of four times. The original RV mattress has been replaced with a Sealey Posturepedic mattress that you could use in your home. This mattress allows you to wake up without any morning backache. The trailer is compact but has everything that two would need or could want. We are selling it because it does not fit our retirement travel plans. We are happy to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as we have. All the accesories that are needed to set this trailer up with the full hookups are included.
