Brand new unit. Less than 5k mileage. Used only once in transport. Fully loaded with everything you need including washer/dryer/regular utlities. Ready to go! The unit does include a king size bed. The reason it is so new is because the original 2017 model I bought was exchanged for this one based on some issues on the 2017 model.
