Upgraded queen mattress to new foam mattress w/ additional foam mattress topper. Converted outdoor Capitol grill to Char-Broil gas flat top, however have all parts to convert it back if desired. Slide awnings on all slides. (3) TVs (added one in bedroom and another in outdoor kitchen). Added remote controlled RGB lighting to outdoor kitchen. Everything works and is in excellent shape, no leaks. Has freestanding table and chairs (not dinette).
