Camper is in Excellent condition, hardly been used.
Stored inside when not camping.
Sleeping arrangements: Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa makes into bed and dinette booth makes into sleeping area also.
Lots of storage room inside and out.
Bathroom has lots of room also.
The camper is 29.5" from cap to folded up rack.
It does not have auto leveling jacks, but they are a push button to raise and lower.
The tanks are heated.
