2017 bought in fall of 2018. Excellent condition with less than 1500 miles on it. H rated tires. We had planned to travel after retiring, so we bought it and got all the systems up and working well. (All new rv seem to need a few bugs worked out). Grand Design stood behind everything. That is why we chose this company. They have a great reputation. Then life had another idea for retirement. My health has gone downhill and I am the driver and currently unable to drive and pull it. We are selling only so it can be some other person's dream. This rv is a 4 season, great full time rig. Bring along a golf cart, motorcycle, kayaks, bikes or what ever you want to use the garage space for. We switched out accordion steps for solid ones and put in the morryde toolbox where other steps went. We had the factory put slide toppers on all slides. Opted for 80 amp breaker for slides rather than 50 amp. This rv is in perfect condition with one tiny dent (see pic) that was there when we bought it. It has had the ceramic coating put on it and has an extended transferable warranty. Grand Design no longer makes this model because it is virtually the same rv as the momentum 376 without the generator and fuel tank for toys. We bought a portable generator much cheaper and it has worked great for us. We opted to take out one of the three couches in the living room area and used the space for a desk/office space. There is still a full couch/queen bed and the loveseat recliners for seating. The other changes you will notice in the pics is the blue curtains (we have the originals still) and that we took out the 4 chairs and table. We wanted the eating area to fit our needs rather than having it be for entertaining. We still have the table and 4 chairs and they are all in excellent shape. It has the outdoor kitchen and tv we have never used the tv or the grill only the outdoor frig. We live in central Iowa. The rv has been stored inside when not in use. It is ready for the new owners to put their stuff in and pull it off on their first trip. We have many extras for the camper. We would throw the stuff in with a full price offer or sell you what you want. Ie water softener (new) hoses, camper parts, tons of stuff that will cost you a ton when you buy an rv.
