Here is what could be the nicest coach under 100k on the road today.
We have spent the last 3 years touring the lower 48 states in this rig and are settling back into a house again. This rig has everything and needs nothing. I have all service,repair and maintenance records from new. Lots of extras and upgrades done.

40ft,4 slides single axle
8.9 Cummins 400 hp,not one of the problem ones,no emissions stuff,no DEF
66800 miles,again all maintainance records,serviced 1200 miles ago.
Tires are 5 years old with 25000 miles on them
House batteries are new,coach batteries are 3 years old
Onan 8000 with 1600 hours
