This van is a 2003 (titled as a 2004 due to the RV upfit). It has 141,041 miles, however, the 2.7 Mercedes Turbo Diesel engine was replaced by a dealership (van mileage at engine replacement: 137,921). Mileage will increase as driven.
All 4 tires replaced 8/2020. The full size spare tire/rim is not new or mounted on the van; to mount, a hitch tire carrier or other addition is needed. Rear brakes/rotors replaced 9/2020. A water pump hose, blower motor, rail regulator, fuel filter, brake light switch were also replaced.

Kitchen features a refrigerator, 2 burner stove with overhead cabinetry, microwave, & sink. The back of the van is a dinette/bed area with overhead cabinetry storage cabinetry. Front bench converts to a sleeping area for a smaller individual with overhead storage. Both front seats swivel; passenger can face the back & the driver’s is a partial turn.
During my ownership, the flooring (now waterproof laminate) & part of the sub flooring were replaced. Generator has low hours & was serviced, the starter replaced. Many water lines were replaced along with the shower knobs.

There are blemishes in the paint with a few small surface rust spots. The windshield has imperfections. Van quirks: controls that show black & gray tank levels aren’t accurate (propane, water, & battery levels seem accurate on the panel); a black fan under the top cabinets over the sink doesn't work; water heater is electric/tankless & doesn’t really get hot (the water heater was replaced & is new, however, IMO the set up isn’t great for true hot water. I was told it needs to be plugged in to shore power, but for me even on shore power the water still only gets slightly warm); the last window in the back of the van on the driver side doesn’t openly properly (it comes off the track), I leave it closed & vent the area with the other 3.
