This is a 2020 Flagstaff fifth wheel. I purchased this unit new in December of 2019. The camper has been used by us for short weekend trips. This unit has not been lived in full time or pulled very far. I pull this camper behind a 2500 RAM diesel and it does not know it is back there. The camper has two AC units (15K / 13.5k BTU) which are central ducted or can be opened up for a rapid cool down mode. The unit has a 50" flatscreen smart tv in the rear living room with DVD player. There is another 30" smart tv in the beadroom which can be removed and relocated outside for entertainment. In the living room under the tv there is a LED fireplace/space heater. The unit has three vent fans with remote controls and MaxXair vent covers. The bathroom is roomy with a nice size shower. The camper has a WIFI booster system installed at the factory. The bedroom has a queen size bed with penty of storage over the bed and in a large hanging closet. I upgraded the tires in July of 2020 to new Goodyear Enduarance tires and had a tire pressure/temperature monitor system installed. The oringinal tires were not worn out, but I replaced with Goodyears to avoid one of the factory China made tires from failing. There is no damage to this unit to speak of. It has been treated well. I will put it up beside a new unit any day and you will not be able to tell the difference except my camper has better tires!!! When not spending the occasional weekend in the camper it is stored under a shelter out of the sun and rain. We love the unit and the spacious floorplan. The only reason for deciding to sell the unit is we are going to be upgrading to a Class A driving camper. If you have a RAM with the factory setup for fifth wheel hitches I will add in my fifth wheel hitch for an additional $500 on the selling price. The hitch is a MOPAR hitch for RAM truck with the factory setup for fifth wheel hitch.
