Options to have bill of sale done where ever you feel comfortable (notarized of course) or the bill of sale can be done at my bank where I have loan and title can be transferred from there.*

Still in good condition. Original owners. It has a bunk bed in the rear , couch will full bed pull out and a queen bed in the bedroom at the front of the trailer. Can sleep up to 7. Just replaced the tires last summer. Has one slide to make the main living/dinning area larger. The fridge still works good, a/c is cold, 2 TV's, microwave and bathtub (great for camping with kids) and power a-frame lift (no cranking). Has pass through storage in the front and another storage area in the rear. Double propane tanks with cover. Everything works , no issues. We just don't have time to use it anymore so here is a list of items which we can leave in if wanted making in easy for newcomers how may not have these items already.
