We are selling it mostly stocked with plates, dishes, silverware, outdoor rug, chairs, and more. All you need is food and clothing and you're ready to go camping. It is ready for you to get away and isolate in the state parks.

Important note: Four years ago it got a water leak in the bunk above the cab. The headliner and the wooden decking need to be replaced in the bunk area. This is why we are offering it so far below book. It's a DIY job that I don't have time to do. It can probably be fixed for a few hundred dollars in material. This did not stop us from camping. We have been using it every season since.
