Description

1999 Ford E350-V10, 24V Itasca Spirit Winnebego. This RV lived 20 years in Reno Nevada, going to burning man every year. The climate it lived in for those years was very dry so the RV is extremely well preserved. The next buyer had it in PA for a year but didnt use it. I bought it in September of 2018, with 35,829 miles and have put on just under 2k miles. It now has 37,318 miles. Recently a major service was performed and a new cruise controll unit was replaced as was a front right caliper. New fluids all around plus air and oil filters as well as a new generator filter. The RV has  functioning full AC, heater, and generator that runs on gasoline. The refrigerator and freezer work via electricity or propane gas. The Triton V-10 motor is a beast that has no issues pulling itself or a trailer. When camping we have had access to full water and electricty, but camping off the grid is possible as it also has a good water pump, 50 gallon potable water tank, propane for water heating and refrigeration. The generator runs off of gasoline from the main gas tank that holds 55 gallons. The engine has a battery but there is also an auxillary battery that can be utilized for starting the engine if needed. The camper can sleep up to six people. There is a bunk bed over the driving area, and the kitchen table can be lowered to create another sleeping area for 2. New tires were installed for the second owner. The roll up awning functions perfectly and provides great coverage from the rain or sun, for sitting or eating. Storage is quite amazing as it has a storage trunk, which held everything from BBQ, folding chairs, compressor, tools, levelers to manage at the camp site. Inside storage is voluminous. Cabinets above the kitchen table, above the bed, above the kitchen sink, below the bench seating provide enough space to travel for a very long time. All records have been kept up to date. Manuals for all the equipment are in good shape. A Captains chair swivels, situated to the right of the entrance.
